The 3 month program includes your nutrition and training plan because you will need BOTH in place to be successful.
We will begin with a discovery call to discuss your current eating habits and activity level as well as your schedule, health history and fitness goals. This will be followed by a second call to go over your personalized plan and discuss how to implement it with your schedule.
Implementation continues with 30 minute, weekly calls for accountability, training updates and troubleshooting over the remainder of the 3 month program. Video examples of the exercises will be shared as needed. A food diary is to be kept by you which will be visible to me via smartphone app.
As mentioned above, this is a 3 month program so I must ask for a 3 month minimum commitment from you to put the program to work. You will also need to commit 3 to 4 hours a week for your work outs.
The Optimized Alpha program is $997. After the initial 3 months, the accountability program can continue on a month to month basis for $320 per month.
